Abstract

State representatives Judy C. Foss, R-Yarmouth, has criticized the use of a $2,500 state AIDS grant to fund, among other things, safe-sex parties and the promotion of safe-sex in highway rest areas. The Waldo-Knox AIDS Coalition received the grant through the Maine AIDS Alliance, a statewide organization which distributed $60,000 last year.
