Abstract

Raymond Voyer, the final defendant in a civil suit filed by the family of Kevin W. Brochu, who hanged himself in the Knox County Jail in 1991, has agreed to settle for an undisclosed amount. Voyer, the jail administrator, had been named in the suit along with the county, Sheriff Daniel Davey, and jail guard Craig Cooley, all of whom had already settled.
