Abstract

State police have reopened the 22-year-old investigation into the disappearance of Douglas Chapman of Alfred, who was 3 years old when he vanished from the yard of his parents mobile home on rural Alfred Gore Road. Police recently received new information which prompted them to reopen the case, but declined to reveal the nature of that information.
