Abstract
Two illegal immigrants, Francisco J. Pinedo-Paz, 19, and Gonzalo Cebellos-Mejia, 29, were arrested in a parking lot on St. John Street in Portland after they arrived by bus to sell cocaine in a pre-arranged deal. Police seized 4 ounces of cocaine, the largest seizure yet in Maine. Details.
