Abstract

A state-by-state computer study of Pres. Clinton's economic plan by the Pennsylvania consulting firm Regional Planning Associates indicates that Maine will be adversely affected if the plan is adopted. The Massachusetts firm of DRI/McGraw-Hill, however, is disputing the RPA findings. Details.
