A yearlong investigation in Lewiston has resulted in the indictments of six men on charges of illegal trafficking in food stamps. U.S. Attorney Richard S. Cohen announced the indictments of Mozart G. Bouchard, 56, Henry R. Daigneault, 59, Robert C. Breton Sr., 62, and Zachery J. Gibbens, 23, all of Lewiston; Joseph R. Beaulieu III, 22, of Auburn; and Leroy S. Gibbens, 48, of Florida. Details.
