Abstract

David G. Fleming and his victims believe the legal sysgtem failed them. Since 1979, Fleming, now serving 80-years in state prison, has raped, beaten, and attempted to kill women whenever he had a chance. Last week he was indicted in Penobscot County for a murder he committed soon after being released from prison in 1990. In 1980 he was described as a psychopathic deviant who would rape agains if given the chance. Details.
