David G. Fleming, 34, yesterday pleaded innocent in Penobscot County Superior Court to the 1990 murder of Lisa Garland of Bangor. Fleming is now serving an 80-year sentence in the Maine State Prison for the rape and attempted murder of a 15-year-old girl in York in 1991. Details.
