Abstract

A 115-page draft report on a joint state-federal investigation into the recent State House ballot-tampering case has been completed but the final version will not be released until next week. The report is expected to answer many of the lingering questions in the case, in which Michael Flood and Kenneth Allen have pleaded guilty to criminal charges.
