Abstract

The victim of a rape in April 1991 at the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity house in Gorham has filed a civil suit in Cumberland County Superior Court against her attacker, the fraternity and the former president of the house. Jon Steen, 23, the former University of Southern Maine student convicted of the rape, is serving a five-year prison sentence.
