Abstract

State revenue in February were 13.9 percent ahead of estimates, representing an $11.7 million surplus. Revenues eight months into the fiscal year, however, are only $1.6 million above estimates, or $15.9 million out of the $1.5 billion budgeted for the year ending June 30.
