Abstract

Portland officials said they are willing to share parking revenues with Tom Elbright if he sould move the Baltimore Skipjacks of the American Hockey League to the Cumberland County Civic Center. The city made a similar offer to the Maine Mariners in an unsuccessful attempt to keep them from moving to Providence, R.I.
