Abstract

David F. Lowe, 42, of Houlton, former executive director of the Green Valley Association, a non-profit agency which serves the mentally retarded, has been indicted for allegedly embezzling more than $210,000 over six years. Lowe is currently being treated for depression at the Bangor Mental Institute.
