Abstract

Trustees of the Maine Technical College System have proposed a 15 percent tuition increase, which would see the average yearly rate climb from $1,440 to $1,650 for in-state students and from $3,300 to $3,630 for non-residents. Trustees are also considering a one-time surcharge on tuition if state funding is less than is needed.
