Abstract

Richard Felt, 43, was convicted on three counts of gross sexual assault and two counts of unlawful sexual conduct in a case involving an 11-year-old Portland boy. Police discovered that Felt, who was using the name Randall Roberts, had escaped from Massachustt's Pondville Correctional Center in 1991, where he was serving a sentence for sexual assault.
