Abstract

Daniel P. Dumas, 24, of Waterboro, a truck driver for Astro Waste Services of Old Orchard Beach, has become the fourth person arrested in a long-running investigation of southern Maine's trash-hauling industry. Astro Waste Services joins Yarmouth Rubbish Removal in being investigated in what is described as widespread fraud and illegality in the regional waste-hauling business.
