Abstract

A logging industry program called Certified Logging Professionals acts a logging certification board, questioning loggers about their knowledge of safety, environmental regulations and sound woods practices and designating those loggers who make the grade as CLP graduates. Fraser Paper Ltd. will soon require everyone who works in its forests to earn a CLP designation. Related articles.
