Abstract

Carol S. Jordan, 41, and David R. Fortin, 40, both of Cape Elizabeth, were each charged with two counts of aggravated furnishing of marijuana, meaning the weed was provided to minors, and three counts of simple furnishing. Fortin's son from a previous marriage turned his father in to the police.
