Abstract

Carol Perhyam had a .20 blood-alcohol level when she was the driver in a one-car accident that killed passenger Greggory Hagerman in Bridgton last January. Some in the community are wondering why Perham, who is expected to be indicted next week for aggravated drunken driving and vehicular manslaughter, wasn't charged earlier and hasn't had her license suspended.
