Abstract

Dr. Stephen Madigan, 41, of Cape Elizabeth, recently received one of 47 state Victory Awards presented by the National Rehabilitation Hospital, a specialized medical facility in Washington. Madigan, a radiologist, was the first person in a wheelchair to enter Georgetown University Medical School and earn a degree.
