Abstract

The Maine Supreme Judicial Court vacated the manslaughter conviction of Roy O'Hara, 22, of Norway, who was convicted in the July 1990 shooting death of Brad Glickman, 15, of Bedford, N.Y., because several prospective members of the jury said they were familiar with law enforcement witnesses in the case. A prosecutor said O'Hara would be tried again.
