Abstract

York County Jail officer Raymond "Tank" Moreau, 54, hs been indicted on charges that he sexually molested two male inmates, and has been placed on administrative leave with pay. This is the second time in less than a year that Moreau has been suspended from jail duties because of allegations of sexual misconduct.
