Abstract

Deborah L. Allanch, wife of Westbrook police chief Ronald Allanach, has agreed to serve as much as one year in jail on probation violation charges stemming from an incident in Westbrook. Allanach still faces criminal charges of failure to stop for an officer, evading two road blocks, operating beyond restrictions and threatening a police officer.
