Abstract
The Saco City Council approved $3,000 for sand and labor to help Camp Ellis residents with a dune-grass planting project that could save the eroding beach. The residents plan to plant 6,000 dune-grass seedlings after city workers deposit about 1,100 cubic yards of beach sand in which the grass will root.
