Scott Paper Co., owner of Westbrook's S. D. Warren paper mill, has announced that the mill is no longer for sale due to increased profitability. The mill has been a mainstay of Westbrook's economy since 1854, and the January 1991 announcement that it was for sale raised fears about a possible closure.
