Abstract

Bellybusters, a South Portland catering company owned and operated by Carol and Larry Winles, specializes in preparing food for the bands who perform and the stagehands who work at various concert venues in the U.S. Bellybusters has served food to performers as diverse as the Greatful Dead and Julio Iglesias, and in April served 5,000 meals during the 11-hour Farm Aid 6 concert in Iowa.
