Abstract

Paul Keough, acting regional administrator for the Environmental Protection Agency, said some Maine companies have reduced their pollution emissions but there is still more work to be done. Keough, in Portland trying to convince Maine companies to voluntarily make changes, said some companies have recouped money spent on environmental upgrades.
