Abstract

The recent South Portland revaluation has resulted in a 47 percent increase in the total value of taxable property in that city from $977.5 million to $1.44 billion. The value of residential properties increased an average of 53.5 percent, and half of South Portland's homeowners will see an increase in their tax bill. Details.
