Abstract

The Portland Police Department, the Cumberland County Sheriff's Department and the Maine State Police will assist the Secret Service in providing protection for President Clinton during his visit to Portland on Saturday. The Portland coalition of ACT UP, the Maine Fair Trade Coalition and the Maine Standard Political Action Committee are expected to stage demonstrations during the president's visit.
