Abstract

Thirteen electricians from throughout the state have been named as complainants in a case filed with the Maine Human Rights Commission claiming age and sex discrimination. The 13 sought work at the International Paper Co. mill in Jay through Manpower Technical, an employment agency acting for Con-Tech Resources of Ohio, which had a contract with IP. Details, list of complainants.
