Abstract

Caroline Colwell of York, mother of drunk-driving victim Scott Hugo of Kennebunkport, presented the Legislature with petitions urging tougher penalties for repeat drunk-driving offenders. The bill Colwell supports would increase the fine for driving with a license under suspension for previous drunken-driving convictions.
