Abstract

Witnesses for the prosecution in the case involving four defendants in the June 1992 death of Randal B. Toler gave inconsistent testimony Monday, and some admitted to being drunk or embellishing the stories they told police. Steven R. Bennett and Michael J. Maldonaldo are charged with murder and manslaughter in the case, and two others are charged with lesser offenses. Details.
