Abstract

Brief article reporting that Maine Medical Center is one of 14 hospitals nationwide to participate in a Youth Mentoring Program sponsored by The Commonwealth Fund and administered by Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. The program links hospital staff to junior high and high school students, and all participating students will have a summer job for at least one summer.
