Article reporting that the Freeport Housing Trust is charging federal regulators and bankers at Recoll Management Corp. with discrimination in the sale of condominium units in the Griffin Woods development in Freeport. The trust says the units were sold to Keenan Co. with little notice and dor no more than the trust would have paid months earlier. Details.
