Abstract

Trout Unlimited and the Cumberland Soil and Water Conservation District plan to use a $30,000 grant to help pay for the planting of willows on the banks of the Pleasant River in Windham. The trees will help control silt. Some of the money will also be used to heldp control pasture runoff. Details.
