Abstract

David Halligan has withdrawn as an applicant for the position of athletic director in the Falmouth school system. There had been some controversy over the appointment of Halligan at the expense of Cooper Higgins, who had been the part-time athletic director for the past 13 years. The position is being upgraded to full-time.
