Abstract

Healthsource Maine Inc. of Freeport, a health maintenance organization, has filed a complaint in Kennebec County Superior Court to prevent the state Employee Health Commission from signing a contract with Blue Cross and Blue Shield for a managed health-care contract for state workers.
