Abstract

In a ruling yesterday the Maine Suprme Court upheld the arson and conspiracy convictions of Randall and Marsha Quimby, and the conspiracy conviction of Shane Cote in connection with the tourching of a building supplies store in Guilford on September 8, 1987. In its ruling the court clarified the standard of proof required of the state to show conspiracy.
