Abstract

Developer Robert C. Wellman has proposed donating land to the town of Cumberland for use as a town common. In return, Wellman wants zoning changes allowing him to build more houses on another lot than is currently permitted. The common would be located at the junction of Route 9 and Tuttle Road. Details.
