Abstract

Schools in Boothbay Harbor and Wiscasset and Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences have won $90,000 worth of computer equipment from Apple Computer Company's Crossroads Educational Grant Program. Under the direction of Janet Campbell, a research scientist at Bigelow, the equipment will be used to analyze a 1988 satellite image of the area and to map changes over a two-year period.
