Abstract

Paul Antonio Blaetz was charged with burglary, aggravated criminal mischief and reckless conduct with a firearm after he tore up his estranged wife's Chandler's Wharf condominium and threw her belongings into the bay. After refusing to leave the condo for two hours, Blaetz surrendered and was taken to an area hospital for psychiatric evaluation.
