Preliminary figures of the National Marine Fisheries Service show that divers and draggers harvested a record 22 million pounds of urchins in 1992. Lobstermen caught an estimated 26 million pounds of lobsters in 1992, down 18 percent from 1991, the first drop in the lobster harvest in three years. Details.
