Abstract

A joint study by the National Park Service's Cooperative Park Studies Unit and the University of Maine at Orono's Department of Wildlife will seek to determine why bald eagles along the Maine coast are the slowest to reproduce of any eagles in North America. The three-year project will use radio transmitters to track the birds' movements and learn more about their habits.
