Abstract

Dr. Louis S. Hornstein of Skowhegan, whose medical license was suspended temporarily and whose home was raided by police in an ongoing investigation, is scheduled for a hearing on December 9 on allegations of misconduct in dispensing prescription drugs, inappropriate behavior for a doctor, and a questionable diagnosis of a patient who died.
