Abstract

Woods to Goods Outlet on Route 1 in York is the first store in Maine to sell only goods made at the Maine State Prison. The outlet is owned by Dave Machum and Diane Loftus, who hope their business will do as well as the prison showroom where annual sales average $1 million a year.
