Abstract

Helen Fournier of Saco is plagued by a high-pitched sound which she has been hearing since the brick mills on Saco Island were torn down last September. Saco Mayor Mark Johnston wants to hire Resource System Engineering in Brunswick to do a high-tech analysis of the noise to try and determine where it comes from so the problem can be solved.
