Abstract

Phillip LaRou and his sons, Dan and Dick, owners of Hanson Chrysler-Plymouth in South Portland have applied to Army Corps of Engineers for permission to fill 2.4 acres of wetlands in the Bruce Saunders industrial subdivision alongside Larrabee Road in Westbrook to develop a sales and service complex. Wallace E. Camp Sr., owner of Rowe Ford, is still awaiting permission to fill 3.51 acres there. Camp applied last year.
