Abstract

Richard Picariello of Portland, convicted terrorist, who pleaded guilty in 1978 to bombing the Central Maine Power Co. offices in Augusta, has returned to a Maine prison after completing federal and state sentences in Massachusetts. Picariello is being held in maximum security at the Maine Correctional Institution in Warren.
