Abstract

The town of Cape Elizabeth has agreed to pay $5,000 to William Blige, who accused the school system of racial discrimination after an incident in June 1992 during which Blige was tripped by teacher Randall Perkins. Blige's family agreed to drop a discrimination complaint filed with the Maine Human Rights Commission. Details.
