Abstract

Airco Industrial Gases of Kittery received approval for a special discount on electricity from the Public Utilities Commission Thursday. The action is expected to reduce the company's annual electrical payments from $6.5 million to around $4 million. The company had said that it was prepared to move its operations to Putnam, Conn., unless the discount was approved. Details.
